The NET-Work You project is pleased to announce the publication of an open tender for the design and implementation of two rounds of pre-departure training addressed to selected candidates in Egypt.
The tender represents an important operational step in the implementation of the project, aimed at preparing 75 selected young Egyptian participants for their future mobility pathway and professional experience in Italy within the green jobs sector.
The selected training provider will be responsible for delivering the specialised training programmes that will focus on strengthening:
- Technical competences
- Language preparation
- Soft skills and employability skills
- Intercultural readiness
- Mobility preparedness
The initiative is part of the broader objective of NET-Work You: creating a sustainable skills network between Egypt and Italy to increase employment opportunities for young Egyptians in the green economy and innovation sectors.
This tender represents a strategic phase of NET-Work You, translating research and planning into concrete capacity-building actions for young Egyptian graduates and technicians. It contributes directly to building skills that are recognised and relevant in both Egypt and Italy, while supporting sustainable employment pathways in the green economy.
